Return & Replacement Policy

• We offer easy returns/replacements within 3 days of delivery (only for damaged or defective products).
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Certain items such as personal care products and customized items are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
• Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
