🚚 Shipping Policy – Auranode

At Auranode, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) verification policy carefully.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer Pan-India shipping.

  • Delivery is available to most pin codes across India.

  • Some remote or restricted areas may have limited service.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Remote locations may take 7–12 business days

  • Unexpected delays (weather, logistics issues) may occur


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on selected products/offers

  • Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience, with a strict verification system to prevent fake orders.


6. COD Verification System

To ensure genuine orders, the following verification steps are लागू:

📞 Order Confirmation Call / WhatsApp

  • After placing a COD order, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message

  • You must confirm your order within 24 hours

🔐 OTP Verification (if applicable)

  • In some cases, an OTP verification may be required

  • Orders will only be processed after successful OTP confirmation

❌ Unverified Orders

  • If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours, it will be automatically canceled

🚫 Repeat Fake Orders

  • Customers who repeatedly place fake COD orders may be:

    • Blocked from COD सुविधा

    • Allowed only prepaid orders in future


7. COD Charges & Limits

  • COD may include an additional fee (if applicable)

  • COD is available only for orders below a certain value (e.g., ₹2999)


8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If the order is not accepted, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)


9. Refused or Undelivered Orders

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:

    • Account restriction

    • COD option removal


10. Responsibility & Liability

  • Auranode is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details
